When visitors leave comments and reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you schedule an appointment with us online, we store some basic personal information that is collected on the form, that you enter, along with the date and time of your appointment, so that we may have it on our calendar.


If you buy something from our online store, we collect your name, contact information, shipping and billing addresses, and information about the products or services you purchased, as well as the information you need to send us to complete you project, if necessary.

Who on our team has access

Members of our staff have access to appointment information, information about purchases, any photos or documents you upload so we can work on your project. Our team members have access to this information to help support you and complete your project.

What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example:

  • PAYMENTS: We use a third party service called Stripe to process credit card payments for those who choose to pay any of their fee online. We do not store any of your credit card information, but your name and payment information is passed along to Stripe so they can process payment.   • EMAIL MARKETING: If you choose to join our mailing list, we pass your name and email address along to a third party, Mailchimp, which we use to manage our newsletters and other mailings. See Mailchimp’s privacy policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.
  • TRANSACTIONAL EMAIL: Transactional email for orders, password recovery etc., is handled by a service called Mailgun. You may visit Mailgun’s privacy policy at www.mailgun.com/privacy-policy.

  • ADVERTISEMENT: We promote our content using third party platforms including Google Ads and Facebook.
    • Third party vendors, including Google and Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to your website or other websites.
    • Google’s and Facebook’s use of advertising cookies enables them and their partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
